Electronic access control is a system of software and hardware components that allows you to precisely define which person (who) has access to which access point (where) and at what times (when).
With INCA® solutions, we offer you flexible, secure and customized solutions for controlled access.
INCA® Data Information Control System, or IDICS for short, is a server-based software for access control and time recording from INCA. It is the result of more than 15 years of development work and decades of experience in setting up electronic access systems and recording and processing times. The result is a powerful tool that offers its users the following advantages:

The IDICS access control and time recording software manages a wide range of master data and information that can also be used in practice for other purposes in order to digitize and simplify your processes.
For example, since the entire personnel master data is already stored in the system, we have provided our customers with a range of additional functions in the software, which they can activate if required. We source the remaining components from leading manufacturers with whom we have long-standing partnerships.
