Time recording from INCA®
Electronic time recording refers to the automated recording, evaluation and processing of employees' working times and the forwarding of data to the ERP system or payroll accounting software. Modern time recording systems enable the mapping of all common working time models, including overtime and time and quantity-dependent bonuses. Support for clocking in and out is also a standard feature of modern time recording systems.
The INCA® IDICS time recording system meets all these requirements, but it can do even more: IDICS adapts flexibly to your needs both in terms of the number of employees managed and the scope of functions and offers a number of special features in addition to the classic time recording functions, for example the software manages and controls the approval of vacations and the planning of absences. The option for employees to correct incorrect or unrecorded times themselves is also a unique selling point that offers our customers great added value and helps to increase efficiency within the company. The introduction of our INCA® IDICS time recording system offers you the following advantages, among others:
Human working time is an essential production factor that, like other factors in a company, must be calculable. Working time and its management require organized forms of recording and administration. The use of modern working time concepts such as flexible working time, flexitime, job sharing, time off in lieu, etc. requires effective recording and management of attendance and absences. The resulting personnel-related time accounts must be able to be processed by the time recording system according to individually scalable rules. At the same time, they are made available to payroll systems and ERP systems.
Terminal
Working time is usually recorded at special terminals, contactless using RFID transponders or by fingerprint. In addition, the integrated touch control panel allows entries to be made manually at any time if required.
Computer, laptop or smartphone
However, it is also possible to book working hours directly on the web using a computer, laptop or smartphone.
Mobile terminal
The Chronos G2 is a terminal specially developed for mobile use, which is particularly robust and easy to operate. With a long-lasting, replaceable battery, it can be used independently for several years and transmits the recorded booking data to your software via a mobile phone connection.
Hand vein recognition
Hand vein recognition is a biometric identification feature for maximum security. It is based on a palm vein scanner that works in combination with a terminal. Identification is contactless by capturing the unique course of the palm veins, allowing people to be recognized clearly and tamper-proof.
